Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, and personalized/custom-made products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping
